1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the phk7 platform — whether through the website, mobile browser, or the phk7 app on Android or iOS — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and phk7.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the phk7 platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and other documents standard to the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending document submission.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your phk7 account. This includes keeping your username and password confidential and not sharing your login details with any other person.

phk7 recommends enabling all available security features, including OTP (One-Time Password) verification and biometric login where your device supports it. These features are provided to protect your account; failure to use them does not reduce your responsibility for account activity.

• Do not use a password you use for other accounts or services.
• Do not access your phk7 account from shared, public, or untrustworthy devices.
• Notify phk7 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

phk7 will not be liable for losses that result from your failure to maintain reasonable account security. Bets placed and transactions completed through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether the access was authorised by you.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All deposits and withdrawals on phk7 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). No other currency is accepted on the platform. You may fund your account using Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets where available.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Funding your phk7 account using payment methods that belong to another person is not permitted. phk7 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification being complete on your account.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered in the same name as your phk7 account.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on phk7 — whether on sports, live casino games, slots, fish games, eBingo, or any other category — are subject to the specific rules of that game or betting market. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before placing a wager.

A bet is confirmed and final once it has been accepted by the phk7 system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed after acceptance, except in circumstances specifically outlined in the rules for that market (such as an event being cancelled or postponed under defined conditions).

• phk7 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event's outcome is already known, or where there has been a clear system or pricing error.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

phk7 may offer promotional bonuses, credits, or other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own set of specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General principles that apply to all promotions on phk7 unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and cannot be transferred to another person.

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.

• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that violates applicable laws.

phk7 monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, the platform may freeze balances and investigate before taking further action.

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time after a request.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, as defined in the platform's inactivity policy.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

If your account is suspended for investigation, your balance will be held and will not be accessible until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach, phk7 may forfeit some or all of the balance in accordance with these terms.

You may close your own phk7 account at any time by contacting platform support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in the normal way, and any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

10 Limitation of Liability

phk7 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform aims to maintain continuous uptime, phk7 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from technical outages, maintenance downtime, or connectivity issues beyond its control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phk7's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

phk7 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.

11 Privacy and Data

By registering a phk7 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12 Changes to These Terms

phk7 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where the changes are significant, phk7 may notify registered players via the contact details on their account.

Your continued use of the phk7 platform after a revised version of these Terms and Conditions has been published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and may close your account.
